Getting to grips with Steemit for newcomers/General platform feedback

Hello ladies and gentlemen

so i am very very new to the platform, as i have heard about it through lots of commentators that i do listen to on a regular basis. From the likes of Gregory Mannarino, X22report, TheMoneyGps and others.

So my initial thoughts upon the platform is very positive but before i list my genuine reasons as to why i love the platform. i just want to mention my reasons for why i have started to use this platform. I would say that the platform is very constructive and i can definitely consider this a shining beacon in a world of dwindling freedoms around the world. Which has been a continuing trend for a awfully long time. :((

i love the fact that the platform offers a moat around the free exchange of ideas. This like many other freedoms bestowed upon us all to be given forward to future generations meaning you have the right to keep it intact and ensure that it is passed down through your children and your children's children..... Therefore, these freedoms aren't to be given away at all as once it's gone, it's gone and usually under the steel boot of some authoritarian dictatorship under the guise of safety and security and maybe even a hammer and sickle.....

I am a firm believer of having the ability to say whatever i want and to do whatever without threat, harm and or intimidation. i also agree i should not threaten to harm or take action against someone else life in return for the choice to say what i want. However, many upon the left enjoy the use of violence and intimidation to justify the means when they fail to put together a cohesive argument whilst supporting false ideologies that has no bearings upon reality itself.

Steemit offers a powerful tool in the free exchange of ideas, post can be up-voted, rewarding consistent players within the space. Posts can be down-voted and even not appear within your news feed. Typically spam, post repetition and non constructive posts are flagged by the site bot. This offers the best ideas a chance be rewarding if deemed by the steemit community and for the worst ideas rewards are virtually non existent.

Both the Arthur as well as the commentators get paid to post. The Arthur sets the rates and is decided by the Arthur before posting at rates of at 50/50, 100% or none at all. Although 50/50 is the ratio but adjust to taste.

All posts can be promoted (marketed) to other by spending your steem dollars, which can be obtained either by earning them through the rewards or by to help your information spread far and wide within community winning support from others and to create a following base.

Steemit the decentralized system allows for the power to be taken out of the hands of the shareholders who and given back to the shakers and movers who are the biggest contributors to society or as i prefer to call them. The building block to! a greater future.
