Revenue model proposal for Steemit

Hello steemians,

In this post I will try to explain an advertising revenue model that could be added to Steemit:

1-How will it work:

Users would now have a button in their settings to see or not advertisments, if this button is turned off then they would enjoy reading content ad free (like it happens right now), in case they decided to watch ads they would receive Steem in return.

2-Where would the money from the ads go?

50% would go to the ad viewer, this is perfect for minnows because they can earn Steem just for being active in the community, reading content...
25% would go to the Steem Power holders, this is an incentive for them because if investors upvote quality content then more people will come to the platform and spend more time here therefore increasing their ad revenue.
25% would be burnt, this will cause Steem inflation to be much smaller making each Steem more valuable than without this model.

3-Advertising made easy

Advertisers would only need to buy Steem (which would increase it's price) in order to purchase ads, also it allows active members of the community to promote themselves (their blogs) with their Steem.

4-Fighting spam

Instead of sending you directly to the url selected after clicking the ad you would be sent to a post in steemit explaining the website in more detail before entering the actual website. This would remove accidental clicks to the website, also you could see in the comment section what other people think of it.

With this new revenue model we would:

-Incentivize investors to bring more users to the platform.
-Give the chance to minnows to earn Steem for being active.
-Burn Steem increasing its price.
-Allow users who don't want to see ads not to see them.
-Give the advertiser true clicks.
