Black Mirror (Nosedive) VS Steemit

Hello Guys,

I don't know about you all, but i was shocked today while watching an episode of Black Mirror on Netflix today...

It's amazing, just like watching imagination coming to reality and materialized dream.

It's calles Nosedive which talk about voting scale from 0 to 5 applications, which is somehow connected to a network that defines what you are, how important are you in the community and basically everything about you, bothways in social or business

It's talking about something in future or some alternative reality.. where you can vote for everyone just by walking by them or by calling them or even on social media

And it's all connected and all effective wether good or bad

Anyhow my point of sharing thia today is that i felt that this is exactly where steemit might be going.... it's kinda made me smile that i might a part of the new future creation, but also made terrified about what kind of future we might create if we reach to that extreme level of voting power
I mean a lot of good people who don't have a promotional skills at all... would become downworders no matter how good or important they are now

The way i see it now that all of what we saw there is possible based on the fact that we wouldn't believe that you might get money just because someone upvoted you before we discovered the existence of steemit

I feel nutral about this.. part of me is excited but the other part is afraid

Or maybe i have big imaginations for something that can never actually happen in real world
