I think it would be helpful if steemit users are able to create categories on their blog. Similar to playlists on youtube or anything like that. I am interested in education, politics and gaming and I am bilingual. Not everybody who follows me is necessarily interested in politics for instance.
Another solution might be an option to filter posts by tags on a blogger´s site. If I visit a site of somebody who is way longer on steemit than me the number of posts can be overwhelming. By introducing a filter steemit will be way more overseeable, thus more people will follow and ultimately support each other. A filter for language would be great, too.
A third solution is to create several accounts. In my case one for politics, one for gaming, one for education. However, I want to invest some money into steempower. If I do so I have to split the investment which is highly unprofitable for me. Furthermore, if I have 3 accounts, I split my work into three as well as my earnings and reputations and therefor reputation for steemit´s platform. One big steemit account that attracts people to join steemit is better than 3 steemit accounts that are small and probably do not attract anyone to join.
