Problem with buy steem

Hello

I have a problem buying a steem.
I don't have a wallet with cryptocurrencies and I don't have any cryptocurrencies. I wanted to buy a steak for USD or a credit card but I can't do it anywhere. Probably there were already many people who had the same problem and dealt with it.
I am asking for advice and help in this community ; )
