Thanks so much Keviwong. I joined steem barely 3 days ago and currently learning around it to help me introduce others to it. Your post is very helpful to me in particular since I am a Newbie as you rightly put it. More grease to your elbows.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
