Know a great content creator who could use a boost in Steem Power?
Is there somebody you follow on Steemit who you think would make a great candidate for our delegation? Every week we give out 100 SP delegation for a period of 45 days to a lucky person who is nominated by our community. Our hope is to empower new content creators and provide them with the support they need to get going on the blockchain. The added Steem Power allows these users to earn more curation rewards, post (and transact) more often due to increased bandwidth, and it makes their upvote worth something! We also provide the winner with our curation trail of upvotes for the full length of their delegation.
How MinnowFund Works
You have until Sunday night to submit your nominations for MinnowFund Delegation. To nominate someone, simply tag them in a comment below, and tell us briefly why you feel they deserve to receive our delegation. The more details you leave the better chance they have of winning as it helps us to determine what makes them special, and possibly more deserving than others.
Please try and make sure they have at least 50 followers, their account is no less than 4 weeks old, they have a maximum of 300 SP in their account, and that they post regularly. Also be sure that this person regularly engages with other users on Steemit and is somebody you feel would really appreciate and put this extra Steem Power to good use. Our goal is to reward users who are making a real impact on Steemit through community engagement and great content. So let's make sure this counts!
On Monday we'll announce the winner of our delegation!
IMPORTANT: You cannot nominate yourself. If you'd like to receive delegation from MinnowFund then rally the community behind you and have them recommend you as a nominee.
What We're Looking For
Nominees DO NOT have to meet every single one of the expectations below. But this should give you an idea of the kind of users we're looking to support.
- Account no less than 4 weeks old
- Should have a profile picture
- Posts regularly (~15 posts in the last 4 weeks)
- Maximum of 300 SP in Their Account
- No Plagiarism, Spam, Fraud or Misconduct
- Have clear goals for Steemit (Niche, Purpose for Using Steemit, Goals, etc.)
- 50 Followers Minimum (this shows they're putting in effort to build community)
- History of leaving valuable comments on other channels
- History of engaging with their Steemit following
- No memes or low-quality posts.
- Cannot have received MinnowFund delgation in the past
We're really wanting to invest in those who have invested in their own success first. We also don't want anybody abusing our service and keeping others from this opportunity. So be sure not to nominate anybody who could be seen as a "bad actor" on the platform.

I nominate @eoj! He's a humanitarian, father, traveler and my husband :) He's been to over 50 countries and goes around the world helping people. The @eoj account is quite new, but he's been active writing on many different interesting topics: off the beaten track travel, fighting screen addiction, the first bangladeshi surfer, american national parks, and has even created a travel related contest with a prize. He tries to make quality posts, interacts with others a lot, and his self upvote level is very low according to steemworld, just 8%. I nominate @nervi, he is a person with goals. At the beginning he only wrote about the crypto, because this is what STEEM and the Steemit platform are all about. Now he went in other directions. Among other things, he wrote about art recently. He shares his travels through photos. He actively participates in the development of the community, especially #polish because he is Polish. He tries to create increasingly better quality posts. He has less than 90SP, I think he should have a lot more because of his efforts for the community.

Hi everyone at @minnowfund. How are you all guys? Before I start a big thanks to @brandonfrye for hosting such an awesome Contest for the development of minnows.
My nomination for this project goes @princejain123.He is the guy who introduced myself to the steemit platform. I have following his blog from the starting itself. His articles are unique and scripted very carefully to deliver the right info. He tries to interact with the experienced people of this community and learn how they got big and what mistakes he is doing and then he shares all these feedback in our group also to others.
.But apart from all this, his biggest strength is his belief and love for this platform. He believes that you can succeed in this platform with hard work and the right strategy. He has been a key influencer for me and many guys of our group to join steemit and share our experiences.He tries to promote the use of steem and steem blockchain wherever possible asking people to join in and enjoy steemit.
We all know how hard it is for minnows to grow here and this help of yours can really be a gamechanger for him.

After looking at your profile, I'm not even sure why you're on the platform. But our mission is to help with more than just a user's upvote worth. We provide them with a 45-day curation trail, the ability to earn curation rewards, exposure to their channel, and the ability to transact more via higher bandwidth. And once the market recovers that upvote worth will go up as well. But for those who are just getting started, and have 15 SP, that penny means something.

@notconvinced LOL, you should change your name to notinformed. I've made ZERO from my witness server, ZERO from the upvote bot service, and ZERO from minnowfund. In fact, I've spent over $15,000 for my Steem Power and currently spend over $200 for my servers to run a full Steem node.
