It is not when the sun is shining, but when the clouds gather and darkness comes down, a true friendship has its real test.
There is saying that the only way to test a true and honest friend is to determine the attitude of the other friend to what you hold dear in life. There are types of friend who will claimed to love you but they will never help you to grow physical and spiritual, some will discourages you from your duty to God or some will want you join them to do a certain bad things such are no friend.
Today, thousands of people are going about with heavy heart through the labour of life, some of them when they look back they do so with sorrow in their heart, with pain in their heart and some with heart of regret, because they remember the one led them to bad behaviours. As the tears drop from their eyes they cry with a saying of regret Oh if I had never known him!
A story was told of a man who determined to travel to the city to look for a job because he waited for long no luck of getting job in his village, on his way to the park, he met an old friend coming towards the direction, they embraced and hug themselves, the old friend asked where he was going, he replied to have determined to look for job in the city, the old friend promised to get him a job and he will Offered accommodate to him. Of course the one who decided to try his luck in the city feel so happy without knowing that his old friend belong to a group of a notorious robbers.
The same night they arrived at the city, this notorious old robber open up to his friend he is into robbery and he started painting a rosy picture of what the outcome would be once his friend joined them to go for operation, fear scrip the heart of this village friend, he started crying in the presence of notorious friend, but this arm robber friend keep on strengthen the heart of his village friend not to fear. Suddenly, there was a gun shot in the compound, this notorious robber (old friend) took out his gun and went out, he shot at police officer and he was shot as well, the village friend was arrested with other robbers in the building by the police officers, unfortunately, the police officer who was shot lost his precious life before they took him to the hospital, this village friend together with the notorious robbers got arrested were brought before the law court and they were sentenced to death for murder.
What a pity for the innocent souls. Someone has said A friend can kill, and a friend can help ones succeed in life’ the intension of this village friend was to get a job to feed his family, unfortunately for him was arrested with group of robbers. A day of thoughtless, careless friendship and two lives were ruined. It is very necessary for everyone to know the types of friendship they keep, someone you know yesterday might have become something else tomorrow, beware what friends you keep
In conclusion, there are many great friendship which are not born for adversity.
Someone has said Adversity separate flattery from solid friendship. A real friend will be sweet, loyal and help to you without think of ruined you, more in adversity than in prosperity among the many friends you keep, beware of the friends you keep.
There must be an elements of true friendship and mutual trust in the life of so called your friends, if element of true friendship and mutual trust were missing or lacking in your friendship with someone, beware of such friends, for those stand with at my trial times, such friends everything from me whenever life smile with me again, chose your friend widely. Many people, particularly those looking for employment, find themselves in a situation where they have to settle for the less for the job that they can do well. I mean, they have the mentality of "anything goes", and are willing to accept any payment just because they appear desperate for the job. The first things to note is that you should not appear desperate in the eyes of your potential employer. This may affect the offer they will give to you because they know you will gladly pick it. After all, you are also doing them a favour with your services.
Building yourself makes your value to increase and that also increases your net worth. With this consciousness, you will not have to settle for the least. When negotiating for a job for example, you should know the average pay that someone in the same category as you take home and base your negotiations on that. Going way lower may even make you to appear so cheap that your competence and qualifications for the job may begin to be questioned. Understand that your interviewers/ potential employers are not your friends, so be professional about your "take-home" and hold your head high.
One of my close buddies narrated his experience to me. He is a software engineer and an opening that fits his qualifications came up. He applied and he was called for an interview. He knew what he has and knows that the company needs him as much as he needs them, so he went in with that consciousness. During the course of negotiations, he even went beyond salary to vacations, working hours, and some other details. Amazingly, he got the job. Most times, selling yourself cheap will end up being counterproductive. Know your worth and stand with that.

The easiest way to earn money is by solving problems. Right from where you are, there are problems that you can take advantage of and proffer solutions to, and then earn from them. Some people are looking for when opportunities will arrive as "opportunities" but everyday, opportunities fly around but you need to look beyond what you can see to know that they are opportunities. This is because, most times, these opportunities come as challenges and they may discourage people from taking steps, but you should take advantage of the challenges and proffer solutions to them. maybe all of my friends have never seen this unique mushroom because this mushroom is very rare in the Aceh forest but on this occasion tonight I was able to get it I am very happy because I can get a very unique and rare mushroom I have never seen a mushroom as unique as this that's why I'm very happy to be able to find mushrooms that are very rare in the Aceh forest
although I have to enter the Aceh forest to be able to get this mushroom but I am very happy that it turned out that I did not go in the city of Aceh in vain this evening because I was able to get a very unique and rare mushroom of course my friends have never seen a mushroom like this I've never seen my mushrooms this nice and unique but on this occasion tonight I can get them in the Aceh forest
