What do you expect from your profession, from your relationships, your marriage, your kids or even your Steemit Journey?

We as humans beings tend in most cases to seek what is good for ourself in the first place.

And often it's not eval meant because you also have goals you want to achieve and you have responsibilities.

You have to take care of many things. I totally understand you.

But if you let this attitude become your lifestyle then I will that you did not understand how life works.

Often I got the feeling when I am talking with others that they believe that if they focus on giving, they will lose something. I have to collect not to give away.

When I give my energy, my knowledge, my kindness, my love I am the one who loses.

And that's the problem!

The illusion we would lose something essential for our life if we don't live the "take it now" lifestyle.

That could be one reason why so many people don't get to the point where they want to be. If they see an opportunity they take it immediately without thinking for the long run.

Don't get me wrong. Sometimes there are opportunities in life you have to take. They are only coming once.

I know that. That's why I can't generalize what I am talking about. Please have this in mind. It depends on many factors, and every life is individual.

BUT! I am not talking from a one-time thing.

I am not talking from a point decision you have to make. To take or to wait and to give more of what you can. But I am sure for one thing. Or let me tell you what I believe; they way up are going through serving.

Look where you are now?

To be there to do the profession you are doing, you need first to give something. To give, to invest your strength and energy to learn something you want to do later without receiving anything at the exact same moment!

We all understand that because yes, it's for us.

We are giving for us, not for someone else. You are serving yourself. Remember as I​ wrote​ about the best investment is in yourself? Correct, but not that only you can profit. No, so that other can also profit from you.

Don't you see that you have to give first to receive later even it is for you?​

Look the results you made happen by serving yourself. Maybe they are amazing. I hope so. But its only you. One Person.

I truly believe​ that. It may look like that other people don't see it, but I say to you, they will and they will appreciate and it will come back.

Not today, not tomorrow I don't know the exact date, but it will come back.
