How to make ADE KAK NAH (khas ACEH)

Ingredients :

1 1/2 kg of cassava, finely shredded
8 onions, sliced and served, then fried (for TABURAN)
2 eggs
65 gr margarine
325 gr of sugar (according to taste)
350 ml of thick coconut milk
3/4 tsp vanilla powder
300 ml of water
salt to taste

How to make :

  1. The eggs are shaken off, then add coconut milk and vanilla powder. Stir until blended, set aside.

  2. Boil water and sugar until boiling, add butter and cook until melted.

3.Pour boiled water into grated cassava, stirring well until it looks slightly thickened.

4.After the mixture is rather cold, add the mixture of the eggs and mix well.

5.Pour in a box pan (multipurpose non-stick frying pan) and sprinkle fried onions on top.

6.Cook for 30 minutes on low heat, then turn to the other side and cook for 15 minutes.

7.Ready to serve with coffee, or other snacks.
