Hello @ostrovsky,

Probably the best way would be to create a post asking people to upvote it to enter, then after the entry closing point, copy the applicants to a spreadsheet and use an online contest website to select a winner at random, record the process and upload the vid so people know its impartial. Then just ask the winner for their address.
