Can you choose what thumbnail will be used for your post?

Hello! I noticed that the first image in your post is often what will be displayed in the thumbnail upon submission. Is there a workaround to this? I want an image in the middle part of my post to be used as thumbnail. Thank you guys!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
