I am probably the greatest rags to riches success story for Steemit in America. Gone are the days of sleeping on popped air mattresses and having no clothes that fit me or being unable to find a pair of socks. It is incredible to me that I had such a hard life in a city where everyone else is doing so well. Did they help me while I was down? No. Did Steemit? Yes! I have been able to cash out money to buy a new Spa Sensations mattress finally. I hate to wake up on a popped air mattress and my whole body is sore. It drains my energy and ruins my day. Thank you for helping me get my life together, Steemit. I now have clothes that fit and not only that but I even got an i7 laptop that I can use for blogging now!
Does this mean I will stop scavenging?
No, I will continue living my life as I do. Saving my fruit seeds. Making compost piles. And salvaging usable goods out of garbages. It's not just profitable, it's the right thing to do!

Great job man keep going, I'm trying to regain the money I got hacked for on btc-e here's my story: my btc-e account got hacked
I ended up losing $450 but the hacker didn't take all my money which I'm thankful for.

Got a friend who scavenges. He's found computers, iPods and other completely working electronics . The Laptop just need to be cleaned and it works great.
