In the steem white paper :

So Daily increase rate of STEEM POWER should be 0.19% instead of 0.69%.
And the STEEM POWER should doubledevery 365 days(one year) instead of 100 days.
So, The question is: What's wrong?
Maybe the programmer of steem entered the wrong number?😀

I'm not sure there's anything wrong. In the quote you gave "Someone who holds STEEM without converting it to SP is diluted by approximately 0.19% per day." That's saying 0.19% dilution for STEEM, not STEEM POWER.
Also from what I understand of the white paper, the interest value changes according to the reflection of it's value on the USD, to try and keep the two 1:1.
It's basically saying that if you just hold STEEM without converting it to STEEM POWER, you lose 0.19% per day. I don't think it has anything to do with interest - it's dilution.

It's saying the SUPPLY of STEEM is increasing by 100% per year, meaning the total amount created by miners and whatever. The SP is interest yes. There is no interest for STEEM, only mining.

steem and steem power are two very different things even though its denominated in steem its just a representation of value in steem not reflecting the balance in steem

And then I power down my steem power, when it finished, I'll got about 100 steem.
So the balance in steem should be 100 + 100 = 200

That's not quite true either. It takes 104 weekly payments to power down your SP into STEEM. So after 2 years you'd have 200.
