So anarchy/free market works perfectly then..If that is the case, someone will make a better platform with a better system, and people will take their money there. Or this platform will change, adapt or die.

Free market does not mean guaranteed success. It's almost like how most people argue; "So is free market capitalism perfect then!?? There would be some people that are poor!" Well..duh..sure. There will never be a system where everyone is perfect and happy all the time and makes great decisions all the time. It's called excistence.
