Hello to all the community!

Right from the morning, I'm fine since I discovered the benefits of oatmeal.
I go to prepare a simple breakfast, fast, and preventive! You wonder why preventive? Here are the secrets of this cereal also called "Queen of cereals"
Indeed :

  • it improves the digestive system, thanks to its high content of soluble fiber, oats help digest food and regulate the digestive system. Eat oats helps prevent constipation and ease digestion.

  • it reduces cholesterol,

  • it is rich in calcium

  • it helps to lose weight if consumed daily, and stabilizes its weight gradually

  • it contains vitamins B1 and B12 complex, necessary for the proper functioning of our brain and nervous system.
Ex: 100 grams of oat cover 40% of the daily requirement of vitamin B1.

  • it is good for the thyroid, and warns against hypothyroidism ....
    and many other benefits ....

To-date, scientists contradict the allergen side oats !!! So pay attention to gluten for those who are allergic !!
