As there are financial incentives for activity on Steemit and the price of Steem is booming, I predict that the number of bots generating fake activity on the platform is going to increase. Of course users have dislikes but I don't believe anyone is going to sit here doing 24 hours moderation. So it looks like despite the low quality of comments and likes a single bot is winning a single user in most cases just because of the amount of activity. Am I correct?
I don't want having Steem become a platform of social bots competition. What can be done by a real user to decrease bot's activity (except dislikes)?
Appreciate your thoughts.
Yeah this is interesting. There should be something to do about this or a change request should be made to Steemit that makes it harder to do this.
