Hello everyone

I get many people asking me all kinds of questions about different aspects of how Steemit works. It seems that they just haven't yet found their way to the official documentation - https://steem.io/documentation/

So for anyone new to Steemit, be sure to make your way to the documentation, as it explains things quite nicely.
Thought this may be useful to anyone who doesn't know how/where to find this yet.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
