Well I don't know if he is an official bot but I noticed him comment on a few posts I read. But it is in a good way. I don't think he flags you or anything but just corrects mistakes in English spelling and grammar.
See he just joined in March and he has already commented on 316 posts. Because he has not written any. I think that is good so it will make us more aware when we are writing. Sometimes we write too fast or the keyboard is acting up. I have problems when I use my tablet or cellphone to type. Even on the laptop I make mistakes. So I usually proofread a couple of times before I post, (but still an occasional typo happens)
As you can see he is very nice in mentioning your mistakes. I think that we should be aware and follow the suggestions. But I think it is mostly for English because I did see one written in Dutch and he corrected "wich" to "which" but maybe the "wich" was correct in their language.
As you can see the 316 posts were comments of corrections. This will also help those who have difficulty in the English language to learn too. I hope this is a legal bot.
What do you think about it? He is not bad or disrespectful but tells you properly your mistakes and no flagging (I hope).
I will check up on him once and a while and see how he is doing. No one is up voting his comments. Haha guess they do not want to be told. Just don't get mad, it's for your own good. Let us give it a chance so our post's will be better and out grammar and spelling will improve.

I also read some posts with his comments. I totally agree that we should be careful in writing our blogs because you are sharing it to the world and you dont want the world to misinterpret you because of wrong grammar.

This is actually helpful. There are things we miss a lot either in typing and even in editing. He/she must be reading a whole lot of blogs.
