I have to respectfully disagree about why Steemit is floundering. It's the rewards.

figure out how to reward people for curation!!!

Whoever does this ( in a way that convinces the content creators it's worth their time ) will get a loyal user base.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    Good news! This has been solved! Go to your blog home page and click on the "Rewards" tab. You'll see an option for curation rewards and how many rewards you are receiving.
