The incident was carried out by a pilot over Okanogan County, USA. It attracts the attention of many who consider it amusing around that perpetuate the moment and share it in social media.
But the commander at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island did not see any funny side of what one of his pilots did and ordered an investigation.
An air base spokeswoman confirmed that the aircraft involved was one of their Boeing EA-18G Growlers. The jet is devoted to electronic warfare and can travel at nearly twice the speed of sound.
