Links on Steemit are potentially malicious, if u click them they may change content on Steemit and trick you.

Don’t use target=_blank (or any other target that opens a new navigation context), >especially for links in user-generated content, unless you have a good reason to.'

'rel='noopener' is adequate fix only for Chrome & Opera .

I opened this article today https://steemit.com/steemit/@dunja/get-free-steemit-stickers and web site tried to open in a pop up
