Chicken braised in coconut milk
Ingredients
1/2 kg of chicken
1 pack of coconut milk
5 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
3 cm galangal
5 cm turmeric
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar
1 pack of maggie broth block
3 bay leaves
1 stem of lemongrass
600 ml of water
Step
Enter the chicken into a pot of boiling water, cook until tender, set aside.
Puree onion, white, turmeric, and gekrek galangal and lemongrass leaves.
Saute all ingredients that have been mashed, then enter the bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass leaves until fragrant
Add the stir-fried sauces to the already tender chicken pans.
Bring to a boil briefly until the spices soak.
Enter the coconut milk while stirring, add salt, sugar and block broth
Wait until boil and then turn off, enjoy.
