No not everyone would become evil but I guarantee you made no rules against violence etc. The people that dont want to go to jail because of rules will then do whatever they want and I guarantee you'd be surprised how many people don't murder because of rules not because they feel it's wrong.
You underestimate the potential for evil the human race possesses infact without rules and morals it would no longer even be evil it would be normal.

I'm sorry but nobody is going to turn evil overnight, you are misunderstanding something fundamental here. That is that money is the root of all evil, the so called criminals are the people of society who do not want to live by somebody else's rules, and have done something (and got caught) in their attempts to survive within their belief system.
We all have the right to life, with that comes food, and there are case files showing that the right to life comes before the right to profit.
You also seem to miss that the majority of prisoners are in there for pathetic things like drugs, something that is in demand, others are in there for breaching retarded policies like driving without insurance, when you only actually need insurance in the event of a crash.
I think you seriously need to step back and observe the real world without those guberment tinted spectacles.

sorry but you would be dead inside a week with that attitude, and everybody knows it, the only thing that would change when we get rid of the terrorists masquerading as guberment, is that things will get done with 100% efficiency, rather than the current setup where guberment makes everything function with a 1% efficiency.
I Will never fund he terrorists by way of taxation, but i will cost them as much as possile as often as possible, the sooner you lot get annoyed with it, the sooner the verminous parasites are removed.
