I would like to develop an Android app for Steemit (Open Source).
Since I'm new here I wanted to ask some questions:
- What would be the main features needed? Basically explore/search/post?
- So far I haven't found a Java library for using Steemit, anyone? other directions? anyone from the project can comment on this issue?
- Any open source apps out there that can be considered as a good base?
maybe reddit app like https://github.com/QuantumBadger/RedReader?
I'm using this post also to see if there is a need. :)
Maybe it's better to modify this website to be a Progressive Web Application?

Would be a fantastic idea, and if it would handle images and videos that would be a really amazing feature, that is uploading videos to somewhere and link it in automatically.
