Rempeyek or peyek is a kind of complementary food of fried group. In general, rempeyek is fried wheat flour mixed with water to form a thick dough, seasoned (especially salt and garlic), and given a typical filler, usually groundnut or soybean seeds.
Rempeyek can be found easily sold in food stalls, markets, or in supermarket.
Peyek is one of the complementary foods to eat gado-gado, pecel, and also soup.
Now rempeyek served wrapped in plastic and there in every restaurant as an alternative complementary food other than crackers or emping. But many also consume rempeyek as a snack or snack food is quite filling.
The crispness of the object makes a lot of people become addicted and can only stop if all rempeyeknya is up and not left.
And the subjects can also be a snack food and can reduce stress when you feel the congestion on the road.
