Och mit dem Finanzamt habe ich kein Problem. Wenn ich das Geld wirklich auf mein Bankkonto bekommen bezahle ich die Steuern gerne. Fällt wahrscheinlich unter Abgeltungssteuer oder ? Nach 25% Abzug bleibt immer noch genug übrig.

Tja so naiv war ich auch mal, dem Finanzamt ist es egal ob das Geld auf dem Konto ist oder nicht. Was zählt ist der Besitz. Aber zum Glück handelt es sich hier um einen Fehler in der Berechnung der behoben werden wird.
