How To Blow Up On Steemit

I've spent a good amount of time looking at accounts that have had success on Steemit. There are many many different ways you can achieve success on this platform. I want to very broadly go over some different techniques and then specifically what I've seen all successful content creators doing to get notice and grow their accounts!

Methods

Content creation

• There are many different ways you can curate content such as:
  • Picture
  • Video
  • Blog
  • And many other plugins allow for different things like music, etc.
• Content curation
  • You are paid for endorsing content that is considered valuable by many other people. In doing so you are a content curator and are rewarded the better and earlier on you spot and endorse a quality piece of content
• Growth hacking 
  • (strategies below)
• Whales 
  • engaging with bots that have massive influence (paid)
  • this is something you can look more into yourself when you've earned some Steem dollars

Growth Hacking Strategies:

• Live streaming or doing daily video uploads of you discussing something or providing insight or driving value some way which can be done using other methods
• Educating others about Steemit (Me right now)
• dMania - You can make memes and gifs on dMania with ease and earn with ease - https://dmania.lol
• Providing resources for people to use on Steemit (me right now)

  • Facebook group for Steemit with a comprehensive resource list - https://www.facebook.com/groups/Steemers/permalink/1542272365893369/
• Facebook group owners requiring new members follow them 
  • all successful people I've seen have one or more Facebook groups doing this

• Filling up your post with content
  • some people have their posts 80% just signature with different links and calls to action
• Using different platforms of Steemit
  • Busy which is like Twitter (Better layout, easier to follow others) - https://busy.org/

• Only putting your earning into powering up to invest in your future influence
• Creating a text game
• Doing sweepstakes with Steem dollars and or earning from the sweepstakes

• Using layered platforms on top of Steemit to earn like SteemFollower - https://steemfollower.com
  • you can upvote things you still like, but you'll earn on top of what you already would from the niche community
