My First Steemit Birthday.

Wow, I've been on here a whole year. Admittedly, I signed up and did nothing for several months until I heard about the Steem Poker League around the December time frame. I quickly jumped at the chance to play online poker and actually win something again that wasn't just play chips (goodbye Zynga and WPT facebook poker). Playing poker was never something I needed to be paid to enjoy. I amassed several hundred million play chips spending hours upon hours of time playing simply for fun. So when I heard about the chance to play and actually win crypto it was a no-brainer.

While poker was the initial catalyst to get me into steemit and actually participating, since I've been active here I have found myself playing the many sports pick em games on a daily basis. This also got me connected with and writing for BROSPN. I wrote up every NBA playoff series and picked many of the series outcomes correctly, although I missed a few (ahem Celtics). I plan on writing up the NFL games every week or at least a few of the games I feel I can predict correctly. I also plan on playing in the NFL sports contests, the fantasy leagues, game pickems and whatnot. It should be a blast.

Many of you have also helped me in this crazy confusing crypto world. Things I likely would have never figured out on my own I was able to do with your help. A million thanks. You know who you are.
