Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 10/6/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There also as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earning rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.

June 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet thankfully. Likely you have already witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. So who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, Steem did almost doubled since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. However that does mean that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep past the usual late hour which is disappointing, this was mostly due to reading some articles. When I did try to sleep it didn't take long for me to drift off. The cold was not much of a problem but it was still present trying to cause some disturbance as it did rain for a bit yesterday and so bringing down the temperature. However I did have a extra layer on and so like this I was prepared. My cat also started knocking on my door when it was clearly time for the human to nap for the night lol, again she seems to want to spend all her time with me lately. When I did fall asleep I woke-up before my alarm, this happened yet again later because my cat was knocking on my door. But this time it was only about 5 minutes away to my alarm and so I got up and let her in. It was also at that moment I came to the realization that I felt just slightly worse which seems to be a daily thing now as then I get better during the day, and then repeat. It's strange in one way I thought sleeping was suppose to make you feel better and refreshed in the morning..? But instead you wake-up feeling like a step as been taken backwards. I mostly went back to sleep after, I then woke-up to the scheduled alarm which was set for later than usual so that I could try and get sufficient sleep. And with the cat we continued to rest past the alarm slightly which is not what I wanted considering I got a very early shift to prepare for coming soon. As for the weather this morning like most of the days we have had recently it was trying to push past the miserable, dark, cloudy theme. It was a late start to the day which is not what I wanted because I had work to be in for soon and little time to get basic chores done. Not only that but to further add delays my phone decided today that it needed a whole factory reset. Don't know why as I simply placed it to get charged and nothing was happening, and so I tried multiple times and suddenly the phone just restarted itself. After waiting for many minutes it finally prompted me to do a factory reset. This as happened one time before with this particular phone while I played a game on it. And so I thought that was the cause and no longer add games to the phone. But this happening the way it did just proves this kind of nonsense can happen at any moment. Isn't technology just great, thank you phone for wasting much of my time this morning and deleting all my things. At first I thought this had something to do with the new memory card but this was placed in a few days ago, so I don't think that could of caused it. At least with it's new memory now I just have to work out how to get the particular movies I actually want on there which I will work on slowly. The plan is to carry some music and a few movies for any trips I may have to make, like this keeping me from complaining about how boring the flight was on the way lol. Like yesterday this hayfever flu like thing had improved and remains at a tolerable level "thank goodness" as a sore throat is what drives me the most crazy. I'm still annoyed that I was spending my time off being unwell. With my free time now up I had to get a small quick breakfast and changed before heading out for work. On the way it was still a little chilly for my liking it was definitely a colder day in general and the wind picking-up was not helping. When I arrived to work the guy who deals with the extra work also had just started. I heard the superior telling him that there was a ton of work to get done today and since that will affect me that's not what I wanted to hear. Unfortunately I didn't initially have the time to look over the stats of this work being prepared. Later at one point I began to notice it was taking a little too long to get the extra work started, this made me suspicious but it also made me think that there must be truly a lot for it to be taking this long. Looking over the work we had clearly been lied to by the superior.. it was actually very easy work and so have no idea what was taking so long to get started. It actually annoys me when the superior lies because it makes me think I won't have time to get certain things done and then I don't end up doing things I could of done as I worry I will go over time. Still once the work was finally ready I didn't exactly rush because I would be leaving soon and so leaving the team without much to get on with. Haha I can't leave them with nothing to do! Like that they would get too bored so I took my time. When I was in work last I was hoping to see my my colleague who had been doing he's training "so that he is able to get the extra work set for us" he admitted to me how difficult the work is and how he should be getting more help. I didn't get around to asking him but I want to know now if he will quit wanting to have anything to do with that part the job? When I Ieft work there was already not that much for the team to get done so they should have no problem completing it tonight. On the way home it wasn't as cold compared to this morning but it did start to rain slightly. I hurried home as I believe when I was in work we had a downpour earlier and didn't want to get caught in one. When I got home I didn't go online to see if friends were on as yesterday nobody showed-up, which did give me a change to get more than I expected done. And so instead this evening I want to focus on getting other stuff done. As for Steemit.com there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. As continued proof that we work towards getting more money into Steem "rising it value" on June 10th, 2024 we reached a total of 58.000 Steem. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
