Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 18/6/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There also as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earning rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.

June 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet thankfully. Likely you have already witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. So who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, Steem did almost doubled since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. However that does mean that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep just past the usual late hour which is disappointing, this was mostly because of getting back late from seeing friends and then watching a long video with that I also had dinner "snacks". When I did try to sleep it was difficult this was especially true with my cat knocking on the my door when it was time for the human to sleep. The cat will normally do this once or twice and then understand but she continued 4 times, but it was not just the cat while the foxes were out again making a noise I think I just felt too over-tired to sleep in general. When I did fall asleep I woke-up over 1 hour before my alarm again, likely because I left the curtains open and the light from outside woke me. I mostly tried going back to sleep with little luck and then woke-up to the scheduled alarm. There was no chance for sleeping much past it as I had to get in for work very soon. As for the weather this morning it continued with it being a mostly bright clear sky, you could feel already some of the heat from outside. Since I had work to be in for soon after waking-up there was no time to get any basic chores done, there was time for breakfast but I decided to skip that and will instead get something at work. Well it was not long after getting out of bed that I checked my messages and realised I got one from work, it was sent like 1 hour before my alarm started to ring. They basically needed me in earlier, looking at my watch I only had just over 20 minutes to make it. So I spend the little time I had in the morning rushing around to get dressed and ready for work. On the way I rushed to work the weather remained nicely pleasant but was getting a little cloudy. When I arrived to work I checked the clock and was shocked to see I was only 10 minutes supposedly late, I saw my superior who had sent the message earlier and she thanked me for getting there so soon. In the end I don't feel like there was really any real work emergency for me to be in for, I think it was simply because of the other superior who some would call the lazy one from complaining. I actually support what this guy says because he does have a point, he complains about having to do many things, well too many things and I can't help but agree with him, we need people like him to call out those above and to tell them that "No! This is too much work for one person to handle!". Regardless when I started work I took over a few things he was doing which is why I think I was called in. Had a long shift to get through and sadly there was extra work to also get done. While I waited for that I got on with the weekly tasks, once the extra work was ready I started with that until it was time to finally leave. Checking over the stats after days of averaging with the same work left for my team we was able to break the line and push past it. And so I left knowing the team would have a easy time getting the work completed for tonight. Saw my colleague who had been doing he's training on being able to get the extra work set for us, I still want to know if he will quit wanting anything to do with that part the job? I didn't get the chance to speak with him about it as many were talking about fathers day how it's a sad having to work during such things instead of being with family. In spare moments staff were having discussions on the state of the company and from what was being said it seems we are not doing well, which didn't surprise me to hear. Likely I can see that by the end of next year we will be out of business and myself without work which is not good at all. I left work feeling tired likely due to the early morning shifts, I thought it would be warmer out but I guess it was a little cloudy, still it was pleasant to be out. Soon after getting home I started with getting chores done but I took things very easy as I already had it in mind that I wouldn't be able to get much done as I must have a earlier night as I have a very early shift tomorrow. Well my friends called me and started wanting that I check a few things out, unfortunately this became a distraction putting me behind but it was not just that I was also doing some clearing out which further delayed me on the main chores. As for Steemit.com there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. As continued proof that we work towards getting more money into Steem "rising it's value" on June 10th, 2024 we reached a total of 58.000 Steem ✔. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
