Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 29/10/2022.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 6 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 29/10/2022.

Things haven't been going right since our leap to Octuple Dolphin which means holding 40000 Steem Power, see apart from all those annoying birthdays and the reason why I initially missed one of the price update posts. I needed to get at least some rest for work early the next morning especially as I was already not feeling too well. We missed out on two days I mentioned feeling unwell already catching a flu after the outing my body was incredibly achy, I had high fever but was yet getting many cold chills " and this was despite no matter how many layers I put on". I still went into work that morning, what a mistake that was as I could barely perform the simple tasks without feeling fatigue. But at one point enough was enough and I went home, and straight into bed where I remained for a full day and a half. I'm now feeling much better and so now let's try not to let this hinder us, instead we can try our best to get in as much Steem Power as possible before the year ends. Thankfully we still haven't had to use that much heating since the crazy high energy price increase, yet I can't deny that just normal usage as been very much noticeable. October doesn't bring much better with the weather slowly getting colder and the food and power supplies running lower. The cost of living is spiralling upwards and hitting hard especially on those same costs when it comes to keeping warm. The cold is the sign or the excuse to bring back covid, which is supposedly on the rise wuhan is said to be closed again, let's not fall for all this covid nonsense yet again. Apparently covid is high by 40% blah blah new deadly variant etc etc wear face mask, more jabs blah same old. Still the on-going war is a terrible moment in our history as Vladimir's army doesn't stall at the boarder, they instead attack, strike up fear, call treats and cast sadness into the lives of many. A war that if we are not too careful could just be what spells the beginning of the end. Best keep an eye on those politicians and refuse war at all costs.

As for Steem it placed in the "top 5" reported by "Yahoo Finance" as the new web3 social media platforms for possibly disrupting big governed websites such as Facebook and Twitter in the future. The article is interesting as it touches on how the giants are abusing the content of it's users. These sites are using the content that their users are producing to make themselves very incredibly wealthy while it gives it's actual users "if lucky" peanuts. If you want to see this article in full for yourself go here Steemit Yahoo Finance. With Steem I at least believe you can take this matter into your own hands by simply holding Steem Power. There was also the news on Tron changes on the Steemit Blockchain, a shocking announcement "from what is understood" users will now receive only "half" the Tron rewards they used to earn from Oct 15. Why exactly this as been decided upon is a bit of a mystery but it seems there is a a hint towards it being due to the latest initiative of the Steemit Development Incentive Program. Since this change there as unfortunately been no received TRX in my wallet, now I know this as happened to others and I know of the fact the often times it can take a few days for TRX rewards to arrive. But this as now been going on way-past the usual waiting time. I hear this is probably because the team could be testing the new way in which TRX rewards will be distributed "cutting the rewards by around half" and seeing it's results. Steem itself took a big fall ever since the bitcoin downwave from 60k this sadly initially also took down the value of SBD's however it's been mostly holding around that important $3 mark which is great for when Steem does eventually go back. Still the effects of Bitcoin falling as made it so that there's a lot of cheap Steem out there and that's been catching my attention. It's what I like about Steem it still offers so much opportunity for those investors who realise the enrichment that comes from holding such a token. In one way I wanted the crypto market to remain on the lower end for longer and that seems to be the case right now as it still offers some discounts on various cryptos to hopefully get a small ROI. But could this latest jump make for the really cheap season to be over now? Still our end intensions with these trades is to simply continue having a means of building-up a little more Steem Power.

The weather in October continued on average a little colder but I now have to admit it's probably been a generally warmer October that usual. Infact I think in Sept we had more of those downright just cold days then we have now, obviously it's been getting darker earlier but still holding better that past years. As for today I was off from work and spent most of the day out at the pop culture event. My nutter friends kept bugging me about how I should organise for something after the event but honestly it's too tiring and I kept refusing it seems in the end I was right not too plan anything because everybody was dead beat. Hopefully this time they have finally learnt their lesson and so next time they wont bug me about it, I event told them to organise their own thing but I won't be attending. Unbelievably I had work messaging me while I was out at the event wanting me to come in for tomorrow but there was no way I could change my plans now and nor would I so I told them to stuff it. Previously I was in work for the afternoon shift again, when I got in I was kind of surprised to see my boss hanging around as he's not been working in the area for a long time. I thought I had just arrived in time for the extra work but luckily this was not the case for a while longer but the guy who was dealing with that before we got started he mentioned how much he couldn't wait to try and finish everything quickly so he could get home. Which I never understand these people who complain, as the guy wanted to be doing this work instead of the usual but now when they get given the opportunity they want "out". He deliberately didn't help with our part because he wanted me to do it all while he got done the larger section in attempt to go home early. This failed on he's part as I got all mine done while he struggled to complete the whole thing he needed for the day in order to leave and so getting out hours later lol. I saw someone new was in doing their training but noticed how my boss was taking a lot of extra time and care with this one and so I presume this is not just any new member but perhaps new superior. While I understand she must of been under a lot of stress on her first day I still feel she had an overly serious look to her which is indeed a little worrying. Staff have started going about planning their next secret Santa which I felt was too early, give Halloween some acknowledgement first. Anyway I didn't want to be part of it like the other years as there's definitely manipulation going on when it comes to who gets who. My refusal like always kicked up a fuss lol when I got home it didn't take too long for people to start their fire-work displays and while they are pretty they can also be downright annoying. Mostly because of the noise, I get people are celebrating but also think of those who are not and are trying to rest, or how it disturbs babies, animals or the elderly. I mean from 9 o'clock onwards do you really need to keep coming out of your house every 20 mins or so minutes to let off more. As for the new people there was another group of them showing up and so I think these are probably the very last ones is which the superiors will pick from but I do believe there are still going to be some job slots left. Also my friends who went on holiday finally returned..well actually they returned earlier than they let on but did stay out there longer than they originally planned. The whole thing seemed badly planned as it was originally suppose to be 2 days but they were out there for 3 which they said was enough..how is 3 days enough seems like a strange choice of words.
