it is wrong that you are flagging them. you should put out counter information to inform people so they can make their own decision on what they do with their vote and then if they decided to not up vote or remove upvotes the problem would fix it self. you should not be the person that deciedes what i can and cant read. maybe i want to read scam posts all day.
i guess thank you for trying to protect me from posts that i don't want protection from.
