Today is the second day of my 30 day steemit challenge. This morning I had to be to work and I decided to ride the motorcycle. I'm not sure what I was thinking about when I made the decision because I had just been on my motorcycle all weekend. Well as I was packing my backpack for the ride to work, I was debating on if I should keep my rain gear in the bag or not. After checking the weather I decided to leave it at the house.
The weather indicated we had a 30% chance of rain. Those odds are in my favor when the percentage is anything below 50%. The sky was a bit gray but I figured I could make it to work without getting wet from rain. Boy was I wrong, less than a mile away from the job I felt small drops tapping my arms and I was like ok I can deal with this. Then it started coming down harder. Keep in mind I'm at the traffic light waiting for it to turn green and the sky opened up and started pouring down on me. I was almost tempted to drive on the wrong side of the road just to go around traffic because I had my laptop and cellphone in my bag. Well I finally got to work but not before I was drenched. Now I'm at work with wet clothes til they dry or 6pm whichever comes first. Next time I bet I will just pack my gear. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
Be safe man!always

Thanks brother. I take my time when the grounds are wet plus these drivers in Atlanta do not look out for us riders so I'm always looking out for those drivers. Next time I will have that rain suit packed in the bookbag. Currently trying to buy new saddlebags for my bike. That way I can keep it in the bags at all time. Have a great day and thanks for taking the time to read my blog.
