Weekend coffee "Marshmallow iceberg" cappuccino for sweet tooth

Hello

Today I want represent you my weekend marshmallow cappuccino for sweet tooth coffee fans :)

Recipe is very simple.

We need:

Espresso shot
Milk
Marshmallow

So I show it step by step :)

First of all I need to say what we must hurry up to make it all almost simultaneity.

So prepare your equipment. Preheat brewing group, pitchers and plate for marshmallow.

Grind your coffee, put portafilter to brewing group and put your marshmallow to microwave.

Start brew coffee!

In same time turn on your microwave approx for 20 sec. (depends by power of your microwave)

marshmallow must double, even triple in size like on my gif image:

While you brew coffee and heating marshmallow steam your milk for cappuccino foam.

So, put melted from inside marshmallow in your espresso shot.
You can also use gas torch to make caramel crust on your marshmallow too it is add some caramel taste to your cappuccino foam.

Than pour your foamed milk on to the cap over marshmallow.

If you have a bigger size of marshmallow it will be even better because your cup must start looks like a spongy iceberg :)

And my lovely coffee taster :)

So why important preheat marshmallow in microwave:
When you heat it up inside air bubbles growing up and make inside structure more airy and soft in same time saving thin dry crust on top.
This crust easy dissolve by milk and espresso.

So what make milk foam and marshmallow almost same consistency.

But If you want save crust texture in your drink, just use flame to caramelize marshmallow.
