ABN Amro will be the first bank who's gonna work with a ring as a method of payment, they will be called wearables and they're now being tested by a group.
There will be an NFC-chip in the rings that use the same technic as a card, you can pay by just holding the ring above a payment machine.
Everybody should be able to get a ring by the end of the year, the bank will also experiment with watches.
The ring will cost about €24,- but they don't know whether people will buy it or not, a professor says that people will buy it when it has more functions, like, extra information of your blood group or something.
In Sweden, they place chips underneath the skin.

I wouldn't wear a ring in a million years. I'd rather have a chip embedded in my foreskin.
