First Time Steemit User ... Trying to Upload to DTube, but Getting Errors Every Time

Hey there community, is it normal to get repeated "Unknown Error" and "Error: Please upload a video before submitting" each time you try to submit an uploaded video to DTube?

Also, is there any benefit to linking DTube videos here, or can I just upload the video to YouTube (which always works), and just post the link within my submission here?
