I just checked mine is showing the change and the whole slider @steevc.
Rather than making it bigger it would have been better, in my opinion, to make it so we could see the actual value of the vote, like in busy.
The things the team seem to give priority to just look like fiddling to me. Maybe they're just trying to look like they're doing something! 😊

I'm assuming so. They are very different skills. There are plenty of web developers out there, but blockchain developers are a special breed

I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but there is a dust threshold on steemit which means that payouts that are 0.019$ and less get turned into dust when they are about to be paid out. This rule is in place to combat spam but makes it often useless the give comments upvotes because the value totally goes to waste. (Dust threshold Info)
I would say go back 7 days to comments you upvoted and you'll see that the ones that are supposed to be 0.01$ were changed to 0.00$
I'll upvote the 0.01$ comments so far in this post with my main account so they are sure to at least be paid out.

I know. This is why I generally try to give at least 2c with a vote. I may give less sometimes and then it depends on whether others vote on those comments. They have to deserve it :)

I am not lucky enough to have the built in slider yet, so I have to use the one from Steemplus. I wish there was a way to change the value for comments. It is hard to upvote a lot of comments when you have to give a full 100% upvote to each of them.

I have been using the extension from Tampermonkey to be able to use the slider now that I have had to power down for some things I need. It is not working anymore and is like I have no vote slider anymore. It is all good I just have to be picky about the amount of votes I do everyday, as not to drop VP so much.

I noticed these kinds of things with the slider often seemed to happen when my internet connection sucked. As if it was not loading properly and the slider also sometimes was all of a sudden a lot lower. (as in really scroll down before you can find it)
