US technology analysts say, the number of parents, grandparents growing on Facebook. According to eMarketer’s latest research on social network usage, they said that the social media site is becoming increasingly unpopular in the United States.
The research says that youths are more likely to snapchat than Facebook and Facebook-based Instagram. However, Facebook users are still growing in the United States. The reason is that older people are using Facebook more.

But for a long time the youth of Facebook was the main user. That report shows the problem of Facebook to attract and retain young people.

According to the research organization, the use of Facebook in this age group of 18 to 24 years will reduce by 5.8 percent in the United States. In the 12 to 17 year olds, there will be less use of Facebook. This trend will continue until 2019 to 2020. In total, 2 million users under the age of 25 will lose Facebook. This will be the benefit of Snapchat and Instagram. In 2018, there will be more than 1.9 million users in Snapchat. Instagram will increase to 1.6 million. Now the most popular social networking site in the USA is Snapchat. Only 47 percent of users use this platform.
