Message for @dan and any other business owner - Make a newsletter list

in steemit •  8 years ago  (edited)

@dan you need to ask people (on an optional basis) if they want to sign up to a newsletter which you can upsell other services Steemit offers or other businesses you choose to make or have made. Basically another avenue to reach your audience. Like many social networks, steemit is getting users and then losing more than it wants to. But if many of these users willingly gave their email addresses upon signup, we could do outreach to bring them back with special offers and new features that may ignite the fire of passion for steemit again.

Now if your not @dan and dont have the technical skills to make a newsletter list use https://www.ymlp.com/ or what is known as "yourmailinglistprovider.com." Do not go with mailchimp who charges an outrageous 1cent per mail per user. Anyone who has an online business has to have an email list. It is just basic marketing to have a newsletter list.

www.ymlp.com has the ability to send plain newsletters or newsletter with email templates. They also have a FREE option if you have less than 1,000 client/customer emails. Also what is great about ymlp.com is that they only charge $3 to $5 dollars a month for their paid options. That is not much at all for any business big or small.

Thanks for the post, I didn't know that mailchimp charged that much.
