Like most crypto currencies. Steem is having a great day. Hopefully this will continue and Steem will be back above $2.00 soon.

        steem like most cryptos move with the price of BTC. If segwit transition goes smoothly I can see the price skyrocketing

          That is what I'm thinking too. From what I have been reading it is looking like there's a good chance it will all go smoothly. That being the case august should be a good month for us all.
