ALL of those names have now a very special place in smartsteem's code which will prevent future abuse and NONE of them will receive an upvote from smartsteem or any of our vote-sellers again.
We've made it clear that abusers will be treated with our NO-REFUND POLICY
Even though I really don't have time right now, I will also personally remove all of the upvotes from those abusers.
Additionally, decisions will be made to make sure that abusers will NOT profit ever again from smartsteem.com
