Great question! I don't know of any off the top of my head, but the user @me-tarzan does frequently post on some statistic data that he gathers himself.

I think the current statistics show around 8,000-10,000 active user accounts per day and around 50,000 unique visitors to the website.

If I find any more info/tools, I'll let you know.
