Any Core Developers Or Blockchain Experts Interested In Being Interviewed/Collaborating On An Article On How The Steemit Blockchain Works Under The Hood?

Hi, my name is Tim Bryant and I co-own/write for The Last American Vagabond, an alternative news website. I have written some articles in the past about both Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as done two podcasts about them. The goal of the articles and podcasts was not only to  introduce them, since there is a million of those already out there, but  it was to dive deeper into how they work underneath the hood, so that regular people could understand them and feel more comfortable hoping into the blockchain space.. I'm not saying Im perfect or a total expert on the subject, but I think I'm further along then most and can lean very quick with a good teacher. I'm also a big believer in the decentralization through blockchain movements, so understanding Steemit is something I want to explore.

I am currently reading the White Paper on Steemit and am starting to figure out some things, but I would love if someone with a solid knowledge base in blockchain technologies might be interested in accelerating the process and being featured in the article. I know some of you out there have some great info and insight, and so it would be great to broadcast it out into many platforms through our website. There is still yet to be many videos/articles really breaking down some of the more complex things in Steemit, so that would be the aim; to go deeper into it, but articulate it in a simplistic way. Also, I'd be willing to even share some of the profits made off it, as long as you provide solid info.

Anyways, feel free to comment, pm me, or email me if interested. If anything, maybe a good discussion board would help too. Take care Steemit and lets build a decentralized world!

Don't worry guys I can handle this one.

You see Steemit is just like the internet it functions as a series of tubes...

I would definitely be interested in reading such an article. I just finished reading the whitepaper. It made a good high level introduction, call it Steem 101. But I'd like to go a little deeper into the details with a follow up Steem 102.

One topic to explore is how tightly coupled the Steemit web site is with the underlying blockchain. Is it possible to make a completely different web site that hooks into the same blockchain, giving users an alternative UI for the platform? If so, you could have several choices, or "skins", for how you want to interact with the community.
