One of my favorite things to do on Steemit is to peruse the art and travel blogs. Instead of resteeming everything, I figured I would just share some of the links I enjoyed without rhyme or reason. Some of those mentioned are friends or people I am friendly with, but they are brilliant. Declining payout, so please vote these guys up instead:)
Loved this post about hiking in Huchuy Cusco, Peru. by @mcsvi Beautiful images of mountains and engaging images of villagers along with a harrowing tale about being 4000 meters high during a thunderstorm.
Was pleasantly surprised to see @lightenup post another travel vlog this morning about shooting a model I am thoroughly enjoying his photos of his trip though Venice
Sometimes I enjoy a blog with little dialogue but numerous photos thatgive you almost a virtual tour, like this blog about Riverland Park in Dubai by @namislv
I love monkeys, so I really enjoyed this blog by @chrisadventures about his visit to a Monkey Forest
Just checked out this beautiful video about camping on a beach in Thailand by @dispatches The colors are so beautiful, it really brightens my morning.
I always check out @sweetsssj 's posts every morning. and while I know she does not need a shout out from me, I avoided her blog for a while because I figured it was not my style. When I finally clicked I realized how wrong I was, her stories are VERY enjoyable, full of colorful pictures and very well written.
Even though I hate Casino's, I enjoyed Her post about one
Now I am going to check out some more art blogs for inspirations. There are some amazing artists on Steemit right now; I think together we can really make a buzz one day. For the young artists out there I will suggest joining in some of the steemit art contests to become part of a vbery supportive community. One I know that is going on now is the #artstyleart6 contest organized by @aksinya. Check out the amazing work on the tag so far if you have time, as well as @aksinya's blog. She makes some next level art if you can find it wading through all the work she so nicely resteems. A real team player and a kind and thoughtful person.
@art-trail also has some great contests organized by @paolobeneforti There should be a new one fairly soon, but right now he is working on an Art Auction for the Travel Reimbursement Fund for SteemFest! Again; so good to see people putting work into the community on here. He is also a great artist and writer and he just reposted his " Cryptocurrency Chronicles", for people who are new to Steemit.
I am particularly impressed with the work of @william-syrus lately. Check out his blog, seriously! All of his art is brilliant, but I am scared people will miss this jewel he just posted because the image is so small on one's steemit feed.
I love all of @zenithwombat 's artwork, but this animation of his is so cute I don't want people to miss it.
Scrolling through the #painting tag this morning because the #art tag is taken up with to many other things now ;
@yuccarose posted 2 amazing paintings this morning here and here I love her style, reminds me of Marc Chagall and George Grosz: two big influences on my own work.
One of my favorite steemit artists is @omwith who is always posting consistently impressive work. She is now posting some of her early work. which will be exciting to follow.
And my final post for today is this landscape by @realitycartoon I just really love how the colors and gradiation makes the image pop out of the screen.
PLEASE feel free to share your own travel blogs or art on this thread, but please keep in mind that when you do it on my other posts it makes me feel sad: it translate to me that you do not sincerely like my work and are just promoting yourself.
Since I have regular access to a working computer now, I will make more posts like this in the future; I hope you enjoy it:)

I use some of the same words and phrases over and over...arrgh. "Check out", "really enjoyed" "amazing"..I need a thesaurus.
