Florida just got their second approval for opening up a Medical Marijuana Dispensary!
This one is is scheduled to open this month near a number of hospitals around the University of South Florida at 2554 E Fowler Ave.
Currently, only marijuana with low amounts of THC will be available, but according to Tampa Bay Times :
"The 2014 law stipulating what products can be offered was designed to give patients with seizures and cancer the choice of using THC as a treatment.
Surterra has plans to sell higher-grade THC products in the future to a small segment of the population — terminally ill patients with a year or less to live — following a state law passed this year."
It appears that they plan on selling high concentrates of THC in the near future to terminally ill patients.
It may not be Decriminalization or anything, but a Win is a Win in Florida, and We'll Take it!
