Steemit will FAIL. Here are a few reasons why.

Why should any real content provider make a switch over to Steemit?

I don't see the benefits at all. It only works if you have a big enough following and you drag them along over here.
It would be easier to just donate to them directly and visit their blogs.

How much longer can you really make big bucks?

That's a valid question. The more people join, the broader steem power should be distributed.

If it ever was legit. What prevents whales from making secret decisions on what to upvote on?

How does the damn thing work?

I have yet to find an easy to understand explanation on how Steem works and how it is distributed.

I have read the whitepaper. It all looks incomplete to me. It does not mention how curation works.

I would bet real money that even the creators of Steemit and or Steem can't explain in simple terms

how all of this works. If they could, people would probably not invest their time in it. Because the early birds or rather whales benefited already to everybody's disadvantage.

So ask yourself this question.

How much time are you investing before realizing it was all a waste of time? Time is money. And with a rather stupid population out there you are always stuck voting for posts on Kindergarten level just to make some money.

Authors get paid when people like you upvote their post.

seems we have quite a few trolls here now pasting this negative stuff !! Time to shut them down. I don,t need or want to see the fcks here breaking the chairs that might best have been given to people who do want one and believe !!

You invested time in writing this article. So did you waste your own time?

Yes. And I blame you people for it. Got something useful to say? You are a fanboy.

If you get more than 100$ for this post, then steemit is success, otherwise its fail :)

What does success mean for Steemit? I don't think they can expect to overtake Facebook or even reddit any time soon. I'm only making a few cents, but I'm excited about the potential of the platform. People are already doing cool stuff with it.

I don't think that steem it is the answer. I do think steemit brings a lot of like minded people together that will find the answer were looking for.

I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me in simple terms how all of this functions. Someone must know. Unless it is all a scheme to get rich fast.
