Steemit limits...

I recently received approval for my account...yippie. Because I was so excited, I immediately created my master key in my Android phone. Hoping to write my first blog at home, on a full-sized laptop, I was dismayed when my master key would not grant access. Does the blockchain limit usage to the first device you open your account on? Once you open up on a certain device, you're stuck with that one?
