Because the content written other languages than English is so low in volume compared to English in Steemit you can not find it in Tags and Topics box or trendin feed. If you want to find content in your own language you need to create own post with tag like for example "Swedish" or "Germany" Then you go your own post and click tag there example " germany " In this way you will see other post whit same tag. If there is a better way to do this please let me know ok?
