Hi Patrick,
I was thinking about this and although it does sound good initially and you do make gains, but the reason for people to join will be based on earning rewards and not making great content or curating posts and making constructive comments. Then eventually the system will be overrun by people who game the system or by bots like what you mentioned happened to TSU. :(

How do you get to be the master of any living being? ...You feed it first, then through it you train it! They will pee and poop but that's just a byproduct of your property, so you'll either have to learn how to clean up after your "property" or train it to do it on its own on the litter box or outside of your house.
